Regional US GAAP Supervisor will be responsible for compliance of Finance Accounting and Reporting with US GAAP within the company and will work within a world class group.Responsibilities: · Perform monthly and quarterly close procedures for review and reporting of financial results. · Develop and maintain month/quarter-end reporting package. · Perform US GAAP/ IFRS/Local accounting research and preparation of accounting white papers as required. · Analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual results, tracking against actuals versus previous year for all EPAM Systems units. · Prepare quarterly and annual footnote disclosures. · Gathering all information for all SEC reporting (10-Q, 10K, and others as needed). · Coordinate the controls documentation, review and mitigation process for the US GAAP Accounting group, in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. · Responsible for combining and preparation of information for external and internal auditors. · Participate in special projects assigned to the finance team · Assist with the research and implementation of US GAAP accounting policies as well as the Internal Controls Policies.Requirements: · Minimum 7 years working experience, and 3 on Manager position (management of 3 employee at least); · 4 years Big 4 experience on Supervising Senior or Light Manager position; · ACCA/CPA/CIMA or other appropriate certification; · IFRS/US GAAP experience is essential; · Knowledge of Software Revenue Recognition; · Familiar with financial consolidation processes in complex, global environments; · Must have strong analytical and IT skills (preferable SAP, ERP, MS-Office); · Ability to build relationships to become an accepted industry experience; · Solid understanding of partner within Finance and with local/global setting; · Ambitious, polished, highly articulate and strong interpersonal skills |
